Refund policy

1. Return eligibility

Customers may request a return or resolution within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The product received is incorrect.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The product materially differs from its stated description.

Please contact us within this period with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.

2. Non-eligible returns

Unless required by applicable consumer law, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong size when the supplied product matches the selected size.
• Minor differences arising from lighting or screen display that do not materially misrepresent the product.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper washing or customer alterations.

3. Condition of returned products

Where a physical return is necessary, the item should be returned with its original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Items should not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

4. Return process

To request a return:

1. Contact NoriFox within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and explain the problem.
3. Attach clear photographs or other relevant evidence.
4. Follow the return instructions supplied by our support team.

Please do not ship products back without first contacting us.

5. Refunds

After reviewing the request and, where applicable, inspecting the returned product, NoriFox will confirm the appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

6. Replacements

For eligible damaged, defective or incorrect products, NoriFox may arrange a replacement at no additional product or return shipping cost.

Where a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund or other resolution will be offered.

7. Order cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly.

For made-to-order or pre-order products, cancellation eligibility may depend on whether production or preparation has started, subject to applicable consumer rights.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that customers are entitled to under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
