At Norifox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The product must be in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The item must not show signs of damage caused by the customer
Norifox reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or made-to-order products
4. Exchanges
If you received:
- A wrong product
- A defective item
- A damaged product during shipping
You may request a replacement or exchange by contacting our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Norifox reserves the right to decline the exchange request.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed in store credit
- Refunds usually take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
- Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
