Cosplay costumes, wigs and selected specialty products may require additional preparation before dispatch.

• Processing time: 25–30 days for applicable cosplay and pre-order products.
• Shipping time: Approximately 4–6 days after dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability and preparation requirements. Any product-specific processing estimate takes precedence over the general estimate.

2. Delivery

NoriFox delivers orders across serviceable locations in India.

Delivery availability depends on the destination PIN code and courier coverage.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided when available.

3. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Delays

Delays may occur because of courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is delayed, customers can contact our support team for assistance.

5. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including their address, PIN code and contact number.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact NoriFox with your order number and relevant photographs, where applicable.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
